Math Standards for Parents
In December 2016, the state board of education adopted the Arizona Mathematics Standards. During the 2017-2018 school year, districts throughout the state will start to transition to these new standards. The AzMERIT assessment will align to these changes in the spring of 2019. We invite you to review some information about the new standards.

Collier Elementary Garden Project
Third graders in Ms. Older's class are getting a hands-on education when it comes to gardening. Our Collier teacher wanted to get her students involved in the process of creating a garden with materials from valley businesses along with guidance and help from Duncan Family Farms. Students learned what kind of soil to use, how to make a compost bucket, what types of plants to plant, and how often to water them. To read more about the project, visit Arizona Future.
Tax Credit Information
Reduce your Arizona state tax by contributing to Littleton Elementary District schools! The state of Arizona allows taxpayers to take advantage of wonderful tax credits. Please consider donating to the Littleton Elementary District schools. Simply download, print, and return a form to the district office or any one of our schools today. Our goal is to double the amount collected last year. We need your help to accomplish this! Remember, a tax credit is better than a tax deduction.
