Littleton ESD Strategic Plan

In collaboration with community members, parents, and staff, Littleton ESD developed a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan. This plan begins in the 2026–27 school year, with the fifth year occurring in the 2030–31 school year.

Our Strategic Plan provides a shared roadmap for the future of Littleton ESD, helping guide our priorities, decisions, and investments as we work to best serve our students, families, staff, and community. It reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and ensures our efforts remain focused on creating meaningful opportunities for every student to learn, grow, and succeed.

As we move forward, the Strategic Plan will serve as a living framework for our work across the district. We will use it to measure progress, celebrate successes, identify opportunities for growth, and remain responsive to the evolving needs of our students and community. By staying focused on our shared priorities, we can continue building strong schools where every student has the opportunity to thrive.
