Our 5th through 8th grade students have kicked off the year by having the opportunity to be teacher assistants during specials. They have supported in rooms with various tasks given to them by the teachers to support our younger grade teachers and students in the classroom. Our teachers have challenged their skills in cutting, grading, working with small groups of students in centers, reading to them, and even cleaning and organizing things around the classroom and on the campus.
